It is the lower ground level of the world famous White House, the Corfu residence of author, Lawrence Durrell.“We are committed to providing fine dining, to maintain an extensive wine cellar and offer the highest quality service”.Our philosophy is to only use fresh local produce of the finest quality. This means that our menu is adjusted seasonally. Many of our dishes are based on traditional Corfiot recipes, handed down over the generations. Many of The White House dishes were particular favourites of the Durrells, thereby preserving our link with the rich history of the area.“Fish, caught daily from our own boat, seasonal vegetables and locally reared organic meat and poultry form the basis of all our dishes.
