The Carburi Family has been producing Extra Virgin Olive Oil for three generations. Homemade wine, honey and olive oil dressing with Greek herbs, among others, and you’re invited to visit us and taste these and many other local delicacies for free.

Carburi’s Olive Oil

Carburi Estate’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil has been awarded for its taste and quality and has been certified as a high source of polyphenols. It has a slightly bitter taste and is recommended to be used on salads and grilled fish and meat.

Polyphenols are reducing agents, and together with other dietary reducing agents, such as vitamin C, vitamin E and carotenoids, referred to as antioxidants, protect the body’s tissues against oxidative stress and associated pathologies such as cancers, coronary heart disease and inflammation.
